1. Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes. Creating an account lets you view wholesale prices, track orders, and reorder quickly.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for local Chicago deliveries.
3. Do you offer COD outside of Chicago?
Currently COD is only available in the Chicago area. Out-of-state orders require online payment.
4. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log in to your account to check order status.
6. What is your return policy?

7. Do you sell retail or wholesale?
Adam Express is primarily a wholesale distributor. Some items may also be available for individual purchase, but our main focus is wholesale supply.
