At AdamExpress.com, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we make returns simple and clear.

🔹 Return Window

  • You may return most items within 30 days of delivery.

🔹 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we’ll cover the return shipping.

🔹 Restocking Fee

  • Returns on wholesale/bulk orders (10+ units) may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

🔹 Final Sale Items

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Clearance & discounted items
    • Personal-use items (earbuds, health/supplements)
    • Custom or special orders
  • These items will be marked Final Sale at checkout.

🔹 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected.
  • Refunds are applied to your original payment method.
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or company check.
